Our team are skilled at resourcing Projects in a manner that promotes recycling of material and use of validated recycled products, wherever possible.  We enjoy strong commercial relationships with EPA-licenced waste facilities to ensure Salcorp Civil can meet all reporting requirements. We have built into our decision-making process considerations of waste and recycling across the business. 

While delivering our Projects, Salcorp Civil acknowledges the traditional owners of country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respect to them and their cultures; and to elders past and present.

We identify opportunities at the tender / quotation stage to optimise a project and help our clients to re-think design choices or help overcome design challenges that may have been overlooked in the early stages of planning.

Our ethos is to be upfront and transparent with our prospective client about whether they can reasonably achieve the required design within time and budget and, where challenges present, offer suggestions as a trusted advisor.

On-site methodology

We endeavour to be creative with our service delivery in a way that is mutually beneficial.

Our experienced Site Crew have the knowledge and technical judgement to program works in a manner that leads to the best results, whilst still complying with Australian Standard practice for demolition and earthmoving.

Sometimes opportunities to innovate present themselves when the project life cycle has already commenced, by virtue of an unexpected latent condition or as a result of working around other trades. We can tackle any challenge that comes our way through collaborative planning.

Innovation is sometimes considered forbidden, however Salcorp Civil embraces any opportunity it can to implement smarter and more cost sensitive ways to achieve the desired outcome.

Tree planting initiative

Our desire is to regenerate the land.

With the consent of our client, Salcorp Civil will donate a tree/s of the client’s choosing, and plant it at the conclusion of a Project in an agreed location. 

Once the tree is planted, Salcorp Civil will register the tree online to do our part to contribute to the State’s overall goal of planting 5 million trees by 2030.
